In beta: every workspace gets every feature until paid plans launch.
Priced per server by monthly active members, monthly, through Discord's own checkout or by card at the same price. Every paid plan includes everything in Pro. How Pointd Pal works in Discord
| Plan | Monthly active members | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Up to 25 | $0 |
| Community | Up to 100 | $9 a month |
| Growing | Up to 500 | $29 a month |
| Large | Unlimited | $79 a month |
Someone in your workspace who gave or received at least one recognition during the calendar month. Bots, deactivated accounts and people who opted out are never counted.
Recognition keeps working. Admins see a note in the admin panel and get one Slack message a month suggesting an upgrade. Pro features such as rewards and celebrations stay locked until you upgrade, and points keep adding up in the meantime. Analytics pause too, until you upgrade or your active users stay under 10 for a full month. Redemption requests made before then can still be approved or cancelled.
$2 per active user per month, billed on each month's actual count. Or $20 per user per year, paid up front, which works out to about $1.67 a month. During the beta, every workspace gets every feature.
You choose a number of seats when you subscribe, at $20 each for the year. If a month's active users go over your seats, the seats rise to match and the extra seats are charged right away, prorated to the end of your year. Seats never drop mid-year. At renewal, they reset to your current active users.
Through Stripe. Admins choose monthly or yearly on the admin panel's Billing page, and manage cards, invoices and cancellation in Stripe's customer portal. To move from monthly to yearly, cancel and subscribe again.
Business is for companies that run recognition as an HR program. It adds single sign-on for the admin panel, a read-only API and signed webhooks, with gift cards and HR system sync coming next. It's priced by quote, usually as a yearly contract: email sales@pointdpal.com. Discord servers stay on their own plans.
Teams and Google Chat are on the same plans as Slack. Discord servers have their own plans, priced per server by monthly active members (above), because that's how Discord communities buy and Discord's own checkout can't charge per person. Pointd Pal works in Slack today. Microsoft Teams and Google Chat are built and coming soon, on the same plans and prices. Discord is coming soon too, with plans priced per server. Join the beta and tell us which one your team uses. Each install is its own workspace with its own plan.
